Museum and Group Presentations

Through Time offers demonstrations and presentations to Museums and interest groups on Viking, Anglo-Saxon or Tudor life.

Through Time aims to present history as accurately as possible. Demonstrations and talks are conducted by an experienced archaeologist, re-enactor and educator of both adults and children.

Presentations can include the following topic areas:

Festival of British Archaeology, Ashmolean Museum
  • The uses of herbal remedies throughout these periods.
  • Many aspects of daily life, including clothes, food, textiles, games and toys, including craft demonstrations.
  • For the Viking and Anglo-Saxon periods presentations on weapons and warfare can also be offered.
  • Talks on archaeological practice, Anglo-Saxon archaeology and recording standing buildings.

Presentations can be tailored to meet specific requirements.

Through Time has most recently undertaken work for the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford.
